What to do if you forget your password

Forgetting your password happens to everyone. kkiya makes recovery quick and easy. Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page, and a verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Use the code to set a new password.

If your account gets locked

Entering the wrong password multiple times may temporarily lock your account for security reasons. In this case:

  • Wait a few minutes (usually 15–30 minutes).
  • Reset it using the "Forgot Password?" option.
